On this page we have summarized what new additions and bugfixes there are to 1ClickPicGrabber in each release.

New in Version 3.51R (Release April 5th 2005)

Downloader:

Small bugfix in the way the downloader handles URLs with querystrings
Toolbar:
Fixed problem with the IE shortcut menus (they were not being turned off properly when using "Add grab commands to IE context menus" option)
Fixed problem with grabbing Flash movies - <embed> tags weren't being searched

General:
A couple of small new features added to FloatBar for movies
New version of AutoUpdate for better distribution of updates

Other minor stuff
Installer spiffed up a bit
Thumbnail gallery now keeps the aspect ratio

New in Version 3.5R (Release Jan 26th 2005)

Downloader:

Statistics viewer now tracks download speed.
Statistics viewer looks cooler.
Fix for download stats window initial position (shows up in the top-left of the monitor where the downloader window is).
Closing & reopening the download stats window makes it reappear in its last position.
"Open Containing Folder context" rightclick menu item now also works for files which do not have a thumbnail.
About screen spiffed up.

Toolbar:
Fixed the dreaded CTHelper and munged IE title bar problems!!!
Added FloatBar options screen and related features.
About screen spiffed up.

General:
Added completely new FloatBar which enables you to save or send individual pictures, zoom pictures, and save embedded video on web sites!
Greatly improved PasteCards E-Card system - Now handles movies (AVI, MPEG, QUICKTIME, WINDOWS MEDIA, FLASH)

Loads of bugfixes!

Changed gallery naming scheme, added site name to beginning of gallery filename
Added filter by file size option (range = 1-1048576 bytes, default = 4096) - Configurable in the toolbar
Removed user/password button, moved to Grab! menu
New icon for "Grab any file type" grab option
New icons for the "Online Walkthrough", "Options" and "Show download area"
New About screen with license date checking
Updated the Ban List with new advertising agency URLS for better filtering

Downloader:
Completely new interface! Cool!
Added sweet new statistics viewer
Added "Open Containing Folder" to ctx menu for downloaded files and last downloaded file thumbnail
Using WinInet to download, gets around IE patch that disallows http://user:pass@site URLs also makes downloading more stable!

Other minor stuff
Now runs on the Maxthon browser! (MyIE2) (Automatic configuration at install-time)
Installer improved
AutoUpdate has been improved
Added Update 1CPG item to control menu (opens AutoUpdate)
Fixed placement of popup menus on some configurations of secondary monitors
SkinFinder now run on PNG files
Loads of bugfixes!
