The toolbar Grab! options
In 1ClickPicGrabber you have a variety of Grab! options in the main 1CPG toolbar, but the first 4 are the most important and commonly used. In the current version you have the following to choose from:
Grabs pictures visible on the page. Grabs pictures which are linked to. Often you have thumbnails or links on a page which link to bigger versions of an image. This option grabs the larger versions for you. Grabs both visible and linked pictures (1+2) This option grabs any movies which are linked to from the website. This will not grab embedded material such as Flash/Quicktime/etc. (stuff which plays in your browser). For this purpose use the FloatBar. Common for all these grab options are the filter settings which can be found in the "Filters" tab in 1ClickPicGrabber options. These filters are enabled by default and weed out advertisements and such from websites. Filtering is described in more detail on the next page.
The new FloatBar
The new FloatBar is a Floating Toolbar which pops up when you point to any image/movie on websites. The FloatBar comes in two distinct flavors depending on whether you point to an image or a movie:
FloatBar for pictures:
Floatbar for embedded movies:
Save embedded movies such as Flash and Quicktime In short: The FloatBar makes it much easier to save material you find interesting online, and it is the first ever FloatBar for Internet Explorer which works with all types of embedded movies!
